Our Story
Evolve Group was founded in 2025 by two childhood friends who were separated by war and later reunited by a shared mission to rebuild what was lost and create new opportunities for the future.
Evolve Group was founded with a vision to rebuild what was lost and create what’s next. Born from a collaboration between professionals from Syria and Europe, our company began as an initiative to contribute to the reconstruction of Syrian towns, starting from our hometown, while continuing to develop and innovate from Germany and Sweden.
We are a team of passionate and forward-thinking engineers and designers who believe that high-quality work should remain accessible and affordable. At Evolve Group, we integrate AI-driven tools and modern construction methods into our process to ensure smarter, faster, and more sustainable results.
We believe rebuilding is not only about structures, but about reviving communities, creating opportunities, and shaping a future where technology and humanity evolve together.

Ramon Ali is an architectural engineer with international experience in Sweden and Germany. He specializes in residential and commercial architecture, city developments, and urban regeneration projects. With strong technical skills in BIM, 3D visualization, digital design tools, and project management, his work bridges creativity and precision delivering spaces that are both functional and inspiring.
